Pickup and Return Instructions at Rovaniemi Airport

Upon arriving at the Rovaniemi Airport arrivals terminal, continue directly towards the departures terminal.


The car rental service desks are located along the corridor on the way to the departures terminal. At our service desk, you will receive your rental agreement, vehicle keys, and further instructions for collecting your car.

After receiving your keys, exit the terminal building and continue towards the P3 parking area. Finn-Rent vehicles are located in the middle section of the P3 area, towards the end of the parking area, following the route marked on the map.

When returning the vehicle, please return it to the same P3 parking area and park it in the designated Finn-Rent return space. Keys should be returned to the service desk through the key return slot located at the desk.

Does the rental include fuel?

Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If you prefer, you can return the vehicle without refuelling for an additional fee, which must be arranged no later than at the time of pick-up.

What should I do if an accident occurs during the rental?

All our vehicles are insured in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.

  • If a third party is involved, always contact the authorities and request them to attend the scene.
  • Complete a damage report and submit the report to our office
  • You are responsible for damages only up to the agreed deductible, in accordance with the rental terms.
  • You can reduce the deductible by purchasing additional cover at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my rental before it starts?

Yes, you can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. In that case, we will refund the amount you have already paid, minus any cancellation or processing fees specified in the booking terms and conditions.
