Reservations
You can make a reservation online up to 12 hours in advance. For more urgent needs, please contact our reservation centre directly by phone.
- You can cancel your reservation no later than 48 hours before the start of the rental
- You can pay for the rental at the time of booking or pick-up
- Minillease/ for longer term rentals, the first month's rent will be charged at the time of pick-up, and in the future at the beginning of each month on the credit card

Renter and Driver
The driver of the car is the renter, unless otherwise agreed. If the driver is a non-renter or an additional driver is desired, this will be noted in the rental agreement.
- A separate fee will be charged for the additional driver.
- The driver of the car must have a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience. We will charge a young driver surcharge if the driver is under 21 years of age.
- The driver must have a debit/credit card valid for the duration of the rental, from which the rental company can make a prepayment upon pick-up.

Insurance and Deductible
The rental vehicle is insured. The renter is always responsible for a deductible, the amount of which is stated at the time of booking.
- The rental car is motor insured, and the renter's deductible varies depending on the car. The amount of deductible is stated at the time of booking and contract.
- If desired, the renter can obtain a reduction or amortization of the deductible at the time of booking or collection.
- During rental, damage must be reported immediately to the rental company and fill out a damage declaration from the car or online.

Rental Car Pickup and Use
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank, unless otherwise agreed in the rental agreement.
- The renter will pick up the car at the agreed time and at the agreed location, unless otherwise agreed.
- Taking a car abroad always requires written permission from the rental company, which is issued on a case-by-case basis.
- The rental car is equipped with equipment in accordance with the Road Traffic Act, as well as winter tires in the winter tire season.

Return of the Rental Car
The vehicle must be returned to the agreed location and time. Any changes must be arranged in advance with the rental company. A refuelling fee will apply if the car is returned without a full tank.

Does the rental include fuel?
Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If you prefer, you can return the vehicle without refuelling for an additional fee, which must be arranged no later than at the time of pick-up.

You can pay for your rental online at the time of booking or at pick-up using the most common debit and credit cards.

What should I do if an accident occurs during the rental?
All our vehicles are insured in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.

- Complete a damage report and submit the report to our office
- You are responsible for damages only up to the agreed deductible, in accordance with the rental terms.
- You can reduce the deductible by purchasing additional cover at the time of booking.
Can I cancel my rental before it starts?
Yes, you can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. In that case, we will refund the amount you have already paid, minus any cancellation or processing fees specified in the booking terms and conditions.
