When your own car is out of use due to an accident, technical fault or scheduled maintenance, it can cause unnecessary inconvenience. We provide a replacement car quickly and easily to keep you moving.

If you are not at fault in a traffic accident, you are usually entitled to a replacement vehicle. The other party’s insurance company typically covers most of the cost while your car is being repaired.

Compensation is usually 100% if your vehicle is under a service lease, and 94% if you own your vehicle or have a finance lease.

If your vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance, a downtime (loss of use) benefit may cover part of the cost of a replacement car, even if you were at fault.

Does the rental include fuel?

Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If you prefer, you can return the vehicle without refuelling for an additional fee, which must be arranged no later than at the time of pick-up.

What licence do I need to drive a van?

A standard Category B driving licence is sufficient to drive most of our vans, from small vans to large box vans. To drive a truck, a valid Category C driving licence is required.

What should I do if an accident occurs during the rental?

All our vehicles are insured in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.

  • If a third party is involved, always contact the authorities and request them to attend the scene.
  • Complete a damage report and submit the report to our office
  • You are responsible for damages only up to the agreed deductible, in accordance with the rental terms.
  • You can reduce the deductible by purchasing additional cover at the time of booking.

You can pay for your rental online at the time of booking or at pick-up using the most common debit and credit cards.
