Our cars are equipped with good safety and comfort equipment. You can choose a manual or automatic gearbox*. Please ask for more information about equipment when booking a car.

Reservations can be made via our website, by phone or by email. One-way rental requests (different pick-up and drop-off locations) are always confirmed separately by calling the booking center or in writing by e-mail. Finn-Rent Oy reserves the right to cancel a booking request in the event that the vehicle fleet is suddenly unavailable.

To return the car after the first month, call our service number to arrange a car return, after which the rental fee will end.

The rental car must be returned to the agreed place, at the end of the agreed rental period. If you wish to change the time or place of return, the changes must be notified to the rental company representative without delay. If the car is returned unrefueled, the rental company will charge the customer the missing fuel and refueling fee.

    The rental period is at least 1 month, after which you can return the car flexibly

    The number of rides is selected when making a reservation,

    In the event of an accident, the lessee may be obliged to pay the deductible, unless additional margin has been acquired
  • Liability of the lessee
    The renter is responsible for damage and loss of the car and its equipment during the rental period, including any downtime (up to 30 days).
  • Deductible
    The basic deductible per damage is specified in the lease and can be reduced or eliminated with a surcharge.
  • Full Compensation Liability
    The lessee is fully liable for damages resulting from negligence, breach of contract, abuse (e.g. smoking, improper fuel, overloading) or criminal conduct.

When booking through our online system, you reserve a vehicle class, not a specific brand or model.

Does the rental include fuel?

Fuel is not included in the rental price. The vehicle is provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If you prefer, you can return the vehicle without refuelling for an additional fee, which must be arranged no later than at the time of pick-up.

How can I pay for the rental?

You can pay for your rental online at the time of booking or at pick-up using the most common debit and credit cards.

What should I do if an accident occurs during the rental?

All our vehicles are insured in accordance with the Road Traffic Act.

  • If a third party is involved, always contact the authorities and request them to attend the scene.
  • Complete a damage report and submit the report to our office
  • You are responsible for damages only up to the agreed deductible, in accordance with the rental terms.
  • You can reduce the deductible by purchasing additional cover at the time of booking.

Can I cancel my rental before it starts?

Yes, you can cancel your rental up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period. In that case, we will refund the amount you have already paid, minus any cancellation or processing fees specified in the booking terms and conditions.
